CenterPointe is constantly pushing the boundaries to find better ways to help people be well. We know that meeting basic needs like housing is pivotal for the recovery journey.
We believe in a housing first model. Supportive services may include care management, recovery support and/or peer support, as well as access to outpatient counseling and medication management.
We provide a variety of housing in scattered site and project-based programs and Street Outreach services for people experiencing chronic homelessness.
Housing services are designed for low-income individuals and families experiencing problems with mental illness, substance use, or co-occurring disorders. Some programs require homelessness for eligibility. All housing is currently offered in Lincoln.
Lincoln: Walk-in for assessment anytime 8am to 3:30pm at 1000 S 13th St, Lincoln. No appointment or referral is required.
