Services - Get Help

Community Support/Care Management

Individual support and advocacy for adults experiencing problems with mental illness, substance use, or co-occurring disorders.

Community support is provided in participants homes or other community settings to access community resources, develop life skills, and help participants maintain and improve recovery.

Lincoln: walk-in for assesment 8am - 4pm, 1000 S 13th St. No referral or appointment required. Referrals accepted by contacting Jamie W.
