SOAR

SOAR stands for SSI/SSDI Outreach Access and Recovery.

It provides technical assistance and support with Social Security disability benefit applications.

If you or someone you know is experiencing the following please contact SOAR for additional eligibility screening

  • Over age 19 or within 2 months of turning 19
  • Homeless or at risk for homelessness
  • Living with a mental health condition
  • Have no active disability application or appeal
  • Are currently unemployed
  • Have a history of hospitalization and/or mental health care

Employee Access, Training and Expectations -- Our organization values, ethical standards, policies and practices are committed to the protection of user information.   10. How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.
